6th Annual Team Kopacz Golf Event Sponsored by Polaris

We welcome you to partner with Team Kopacz Foundation for Parkinson’s Disease! 

Over the last 5 years we have raised $175,000. This year's fundraiser will include golf, dinner, and an update on our work to advance exercise research and bring focus to the cutting-edge research that will lead to a cure for Parkinson’s! All proceeds will support the Michael J Fox Foundation AND the University of MN Neurology Department as outlined below.

The first $25,000 will go to the U of MN SPARX3 clinical trial to fund the study coordinator to accelerate enrollment.  Our funding over the previous 3 years has been vital to the success of this important research. Any additional funds raised will go to The Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
