2022 Foundation Review

We hope you had a wonderful time during our first annual tournament and thank you for your generous support, both financially and by showing up. While we do not anticipate typhoon type weather every year, it definitely created a memorable experience. We can all agree it was very “Andy” to be playing in those conditions. 

Because of your generosity, our 1^st Golf Tournament event was a huge success as the Foundation was able to distribute $14,500 in grants in Andy's honor to the following charitable organizations:

• El Dorado Adventist School - custom gymnasium scorer's table with eagle mascot. Impact: professional appearance for basketball games and sporting events in newly renovated gym.
• Longburn Adventist College in New Zealand. Impact: enable worthy student athletes to attend and play in local community sports tournaments.
• SWITCHFOOT BRO-AM Foundation. Impact: provide support for underserved youth in San Diego through nutrition, education, music, art, and sports programs.
• The Andy Bishop Fund at Pacific Union College. Impact: provide support to the Communications Department students with scholarships and by creating a network of alumni and businesses for internships to prepare them for career opportunities.
• 128CM Memorial Foundation. Impact: provide support to the Principal's fund toward worthy students for education.
• Oceanside SDA Church Education Fund. Impact: Support for two teen students who were ophaned on the Island of Kosrae in Micronesia. Scholarship grants for High School and College tuition to further their education in the US.
