Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament

The Tau Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., is excited to invite you to our Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. This event is scheduled for September 8^th, 2018 at Bryan Park Players Course in Browns Summit, NC. This fundraising event will once again bring everyone together to benefit Tau Omega’s Scholarship Fund, Boys Camp and Mentoring Programs. We need your help to make this tournament a success for the outstanding youths who participate in our programs. You can do your part by registering to play, sponsoring a team or donating to the event.

Hole & Player Sponsor $250

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Shamble, not to be confused with the ubiquitous golf scramble, is also popular in charity golf tournaments that are looking to shake things up a bit. Shambles usually consists of a 4-person team, where total scores for the hole (and round) are tracked to determine the winning team. (Click "here" for more details)

FIELD LIMITATIONS: The field is limited to the first 72 players COST: $100 per player, $400 per team, or become one of our tournament sponsors.

ON COURSE CONTEST: There will be a $10,000 hole-in-one contest on hole #3, closest to the pin contest on Par 3 holes 5, 11 & 17 and a long drive contest on hole #4.

TOURNAMENT AWARDS: Top finishers will be eligible to win tournament prizes. There will also be numerous door prizes for everyone to be a part of.

LUNCH: Following the golf tournament join us at shelter #7 where we’ll have our awards presentation while dining on a delectable lunch of eastern style barbeque from Prissy Polly's, smoke turkey barbeque from Hickory Tree, hotdogs, hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans an assortment of dessert along with a ice cream truck.
