Event Timeline

Registration: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM          Tee Off: 9:00 AM           Lunch/Awards: 2:30 PM

Food and Drink Options (All Included)

Breakfast: Burrito (Bacon, Sausage, or Veggie) plus coffee and juice bar.

Lunch: Tri-Tip, Roasted Chicken, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, Vegetables, Salad, and Cookies

Drinks at Clubhouse: Bloody Marys, Margaritas, and Mai Tais

Drinks on the Course: Various Beer, Seltzers, non alcoholic beverages, and Water

Pre Round Activities

Driving Range: Small bucket of range balls included for every participant.

Purchase Lava Package $25 (Cash Only). Includes:

1. Putting Contest: 3 hole contest and closest to the hole contest – Prizes for winners

2. Entry into Cornhole Game on Hole 4

3. Mulligan Package: Includes 1 Mulligan and able to tee off from the red tees on one hole. (Mulligans and hitting from red tee can only be used by the person who bought the package).

4. 25 Raffle Tickets: View Gift Baskets

On the Course Activities

Contests: Longest Drive (Hole 3) and Closest to the Pin (Hole 13). Prizes for winners

Cornhole (Hole 4):  Multiple advantages available based on result of your toss

Speed Hole (Hole 8): Team will be timed from the first tee shot till when the ball is put in the hole. Times will be documented and fastest team will be awarded a prize.

4 Club Hole (Hole 11): Wheel at the tee box with different slots, each with a different club. Each player on the team spins the wheel, and the team can only use those 4 clubs. Putter will be included.

Poker Golf (Par 3’s): On each Par 3, every green in regulation (GIR) shot will earn the team a playing card. Accumulate playing cards throughout the round. Team with the best poker hand at the end of the round will be awarded a prize.
