By participating in the 2024 Ben Jones Invitational event organized by the Ben Jones Foundation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that participation in the 2024 Ben Jones Invitational involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, contact with other participants, equipment-related hazards, the unpredictability of outdoor conditions, as well as potential risks associated with food allergies and dietary restrictions. While the Ben Jones Foundation endeavors to accommodate various dietary needs, including allergies and intolerances, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination in the food provided at the event. Therefore, the Ben Jones Foundation, its organizers, sponsors, affiliates, and volunteers are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of food provided at the event. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, and hereby release the Ben Jones Foundation, its organizers, sponsors, affiliates, and volunteers from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that you may sustain as a result of your participation in the event.

2. Consent to Marketing: By registering for the 2024 Ben Jones Invitational, you grant the Ben Jones Foundation permission to contact you for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, emails, newsletters, event updates, and promotional materials related to future events or initiatives organized by the Ben Jones Foundation. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications.

3. Photography and Image Release: You consent to the Ben Jones Foundation and its authorized representatives photographing, videotaping, or otherwise capturing your likeness and/or voice during the 2024 Ben Jones Invitational event. You understand that these photographs, videos, or recordings may be used for promotional or marketing purposes, including but not limited to, social media, websites, advertisements, and press releases. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and acknowledge that the Ben Jones Foundation shall own all rights to the photographs, videos, or recordings.

4. Agreement to Terms: Your participation in the 2024 Ben Jones Invitational signifies your acceptance of the terms outlined in this disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register for or participate in the event.
