We look forward to seeing you at the CAPGiving Golf Classic on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Eagles Nest Golf Club!

Here’s everything you need to know to make the day smooth and fun.

What to Expect 

Golfer Gift:
Enjoy a curated selection of premium gifts designed to enhance your time on the course. Visit the Golfer Gifts area to recieve something special.

Food & Drinks:
Breakfast, on‑course stations, and a great lunch at the reception.

Fun Extras:
Take part in exciting contests and a Silent Auction featuring incredible items.

What We Need From You 

Golfer Guests

To ensure everything is prepared for your arrival, please email your responses to capgiving@capreit.net by September 9, 2026.

1. Confirm Your Players
   Send the full names and email addresses of all golfers in your group. Option to include one CAPREIT employee in the foursome, subject to availability. Please contact capgiving@capreit.net with any requests.

2. Share Dietary Restrictions
   Let us know about any allergies or special meal requests.

3. Reserve Rental Clubs (if needed)
   Contact the Eagles Nest Pro Shop at 905‑653‑4653 to book your clubs. They’ll assist with availability and booking details.

• Dress Code: Proper golf attire is required. Please avoid jeans. 
• Parking: Complimentary parking is available on-site for all guests.
• Weather: The event will proceed rain or shine. Umbrellas will be provided in case of inclement weather.

"Player Only" packages do not qualify as sponsorship opportunities and do not include any associated sponsorship benefits.

Tax Receipt Notice
We are unable to issue tax receipts for contributions related to the golf tournament. CAPREIT and CAPGiving are not registered charities or foundations. The funds raised will be distributed among eleven charitable organizations across Canada, and as such, individual tax receipts from these charities cannot be provided.
