The CGC Classic | Flashback Fairway is a retro-themed golf tournament in support of the Calgary Gymnastics Centre. This event brings together community leaders, business professionals, and supporters of gymnastics for a day of competition, camaraderie, and community impact— all while raising funds to support our athletes through training subsidies, state-of-the-art equipment, and a positive environment—ensuring our athletes have every opportunity to excel. From their first steps in the gym to competing on the world stage, your support plays a key role in their gymnastics journey.

• This is an 18+ event.

What Will Your Day Look Like

Get ready for a day packed with fun, friendly competition, and unforgettable moments — all in support of TEAM CGC! Here’s what your day at the CGC Classic looks like:

7:30 AM | Registration & Welcome Party

Check in, grab your Tee Gift (and purchase your mulligans), sip on a fresh cup of coffee, and fuel up with a morning snack. This is your chance to meet fellow players and warm up on the driving range and practice facilities.

9:00 AM | Shotgun Start

Tee off in our Scramble format — a game for all skill levels where keeping it FUN is the main goal! Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just in it for the good times, this format keeps the pace fast and the laughs coming.

All Morning & Afternoon | On-Course Fun

Hop in your power cart and explore the course where the holes are packed with something special:

• Hole contests like Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin
• Ice-cold drinks from our Beverage Cart
• On-the-spot massages to keep you loose
• A mystery challenge hole
• Surprise games, sponsor activities, and giveaways
• Laughs, and plenty of photo ops (maybe even a photo booth)

2:00 PM | Burger Bar Lunch + Clubhouse Social

Swing by the clubhouse for a delicious BBQ-style burger buffet. Sit back, relax, and enjoy some post-round mingling!

2:45 PM | Prizes, Raffles & Final Cheers

We’ll announce contest winners (best team costume, longest drive, closest to the pin), draw names for amazing raffle prizes, and recognize the day’s top teams. You might even win just for having the most fun!
