The CMWP Foundation, Inc. is an entrepreneurial support organization (ESO) providing targeted support for Black and brown business owners nationally.

With a 360-degree focus on entrepreneurial support, CMWP has established several dimensions of entrepreneurial support:

The Collaboration of Minority Women Professionals (CMWP) is a membership-based, minority women-owned organization with the mission to increase the visibility, capacity, and business profitability of professional minority women.

CMWP was established in 2018 to create a space to promote, acknowledge, support, and encourage Black and minority professional businesswomen. We continue providing a supportive ecosystem for our members by offering networking, entrepreneurial support and training, career growth, mentorship, wellness strategies, educational opportunities, and volunteering throughout the community.

With over 100 national members, we are growing rapidly. The goal of CMWP is to acknowledge, support, and celebrate the growth and development of professional minority women by propelling them to excel within, and across, their professional and business arenas.

CMWP offers activities such as virtual networking opportunities, in-person networking events, Zoom training and professional development, continuing education opportunities, seminars, workshops, and more.

CMWP is a national organization, committed to the growth, success, & prosperity of Black women. Collectively, we provide a supportive network for all of our members.
