Silent Auction Rules

1. You must include your name, telephone number and the proper bid amount (that meets both the minimum bid and the minimum bid increment) in order for your bid to be valid.
2. Any bid without contact information is automatically void.
3. The last bidder on each item whose bid has not been voided and that meets both the minimum bid and the minimum bid increment requirements is the winner of the item.
4. The winner will receive the item upon receipt of full payment of the winning bid. If the winner does not submit the full payment upon demand, the winner’s bid will be voided, and a new winner will be declared pursuant to the terms in paragraph 3.
5. Winner need not be present to win.
6. Any bids placed prior to 10:00 a.m. or after 1:30 p.m. are automatically void.
7. Bidding ends promptly at 1:30 p.m.
