Dr. Adam J. Kielbasa Memorial Golf Outing & Fundraiser

Join us on SUNDAY, JUNE 9TH, 2019, in honoring Dr. Adam J. Kielbasa’s life! Adam was diagnosed with an incredibly rare form of cancer, called Epithelioid Sarcoma, at the age of 24. He passed shortly before his 32nd birthday on March 26, 2018. He lived a life unlike any other and if you ever had the chance to come into contact with him, you’d know what I mean. He was down to Earth, always looking to make someone laugh, quick witted, positive minded through and through, had a heart of gold, brains of a self-proclaimed “borderline genius”, and loved deeper than anyone I’ve ever known. His life is one that is surely missed and undoubtedly worth honoring. Please join us in doing so!
