No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy: For this event, EO members and EOA participants will be charged a $250 per person fine if you fail to show-up to the event, or cancel less than 14 days prior to the event. There are no acceptable exclusions to this policy. You will not be permitted to attend future EO events until you have paid your outstanding fine.
