FISCH 4 Parkinson's, a Steve J Fischlin Charity

With years of service to the Parkinson’s community, Steve Fischlin and Lisa Inselman co-founded FISCH 4 Parkinson’s, a Steve J Fischlin Charity in 2024. The charity advocates for Parkinson’s patients, caregivers, and families by raising funds, building community, and bolstering awareness that helps patients live to their highest potential every day.  The Parkinson’s community reminds Steve that he is not alone and provides encouragement, inspiration, and the desire to keep moving. Steve moves every day with the support of friends and family by walking, hiking, golfing, and yoga.  

FISCH 4 Parkinson’s inaugural fund-raising event was FORE Parkinson’s Golf Tournament on August 5, 2024, at Valley Hi Country Club in Elk Grove, CA. With support from friends and family, they were able to donate over $26K to the Parkinson’s Foundation in honor of Steve Fischlin and Mary Beth Arjil.

In 2025, the FISCH 4 Parkinson’s Golf Tournament will be held at Catta Verdera Country Club on Monday, August 11, 2025, in Lincoln, CA.  Catta Verdera golf course is a golfing experience that is refreshing and incredibly picturesque.  It is a golfer’s paradise!! Registration starts at $225/golfer.

The golf tournament's silent auction and raffle items features passes to the Napa Valley Wine Train, Mizuno Golf Bag, gift cards from House of Oliver, Cheesecake Factory, Mikuni’s, Bennett’s and more!  Also includes passes to local comedy clubs, Davis Paintball, B Street Theater, Sacramento River Cats, and Sacramento Republics.
