George Artz’s Charity Golf Scramble is more than just a day on the course — it’s a celebration of community, legacy, and giving back in the heart of Cocoa Beach.

This special event honors the legacy of George Artz, founder of Coconuts On The Beach and a beloved figure in the Cocoa Beach community. George helped create one of the Space Coast’s most iconic beachfront gathering spots, bringing together locals, tourists, surfers, musicians, hospitality workers, and generations of families through his passion for hospitality and community.

Hosted by Coconuts On The Beach and presented in partnership with Tropics Cocktail Bar, Category 5 Bar & Grill, and Hunkerdown Hideaway, this tournament brings the Cocoa Beach community together for a full day of golf, entertainment, networking, and giving back.

This year’s beneficiary is Grind For Life — a nonprofit organization founded by professional skateboarder and cancer survivor Mike Rogers. Grind For Life helps provide financial assistance to cancer patients and families traveling long distances for treatment while inspiring people through resilience, recovery, and community support.
