Sponsorship Opportunities

Becoming a sponsor is a great opportunity to promote your business to the more than 200 golfers who attend the tournament while giving back to the community at the same time.  See the chart below for a comparison of benefits at each level. Please note that as per CRA rules, we are unable to provide tax receipts for sponsorship.

Presenting Sponsor $10,000 
This level of sponsorship will be customized in consultation with the Presenting Sponsor to benefit both the sponsor and Foothills Academy Society. If desired, this level of sponsorship can include golfing fees for 8 golfers, presenting sponsor logo on all materials, full-page advertisement in the event program and more. You are also able to include promotional items and/or samples to be included in the Player Pass. Please contact Janice Nelson to discuss at 403-270-9400 ext. 237.
 

Gold Sponsor $5,000 (maximum 4 sponsors for each item)
All Gold Sponsors receive 4 tournament registrations plus specific benefits for each $5,000 sponsor choice:

• Lunch – Prominent signage with logo as the Lunch Sponsor
• Gift – Prominent signage with logo as Gift Sponsor with the gift given to the golfers 
• Cart – Prominent signage with logo as Cart Sponsor on all the carts 
   

Silver Sponsor $2,500 (maximum 4 sponsors for each item)
All Silver Sponsors receive 2 tournament registrations plus specific benefits for each Silver Sponsor choice

• Breakfast – Large sign to provide recognition with logo as the Breakfast Sponsor 
• Refreshment – Large sign to provide recognition with logo as Refreshment Sponsor 
• Prize Table – Large sign to provide recognition with logo as Prize Table Sponsor
• Volunteers - Large sign to provide recognition with logo on breakfast and lunch and general signage recognizing support to our valuable volunteers
• Golf Ball – Large sign to provide recognition with logo on sleeves of golf balls provided to players purchasing Player Pass
• Bronze Sponsor $1,500 (maximum 4 sponsors for each item)
  All Bronze Sponsors receive 1 tournament registration plus specific benefits for each Bronze sponsor choice:
  • Snack Hole– Large sign to provide recognition with logo as Snack Hole Sponsor
  • Driving Range - Large sign to provide recognition with logo as the Driving Range Sponsor

Hole Sponsor with Golfers $1,600*
All Hole Sponsors with Golfers receive 4 tournament registrations plus the opportunity to demonstrate or promote your product or service to our golfers on your designated hole. You will save $100 off the cost of sponsoring a hole and registering a foursome separately. * Sponsorship fee may be waived if you provide food or beverage or HIO insurance. Please ask for details. 
 

Hole Sponsor: $500*
As a Hole Sponsor, you have the opportunity to demonstrate or promote your product or service to our golfers on your designated hole. * Sponsorship fee may be waived if you provide food or beverage or HIO insurance. Please ask for details. This sponsorship can be purchased through the Online Store.
