GVMHA Annual Golf Tournament

The Greater Vernon Minor Hockey Association is excited to announce the first annual GVMHA Golf Tournament: Golfing for the Game, Supporting Hockey, One Hole at a Time. This event is set to take place on May 23rd, 2025, at The Rise golf course and will serve as a cornerstone in our ongoing commitment to fostering the growth, development, and success of young athletes in the Greater Vernon area.

Minor hockey provides much more than just the opportunity to play a sport; it instills values of teamwork, discipline, leadership, and resilience. For the kids who participate, it is an avenue for them to build lifelong skills and memories while contributing to the spirit of community that defines Vernon. However, as with any thriving youth program, financial support is critical to ensuring every child—regardless of their background—has the opportunity to lace up their skates and hit the ice.

This tournament is more than just a fundraiser—it's a celebration of our youth and the collective effort to support their growth both on and off the ice.
