GOLF TOURNAMENT
Format: 4 Person Scramble
limited to 28 teams

Prizes: Gross & Net Team Prizes,
KPs, LDs and LOTS of prizes for all

Qualifications: USGA handicap card or average score
required to establish handicap (max 18 for men, 24 for women)
(remember #1 of the Rotary 4-Way Test!)

SCHEDULE
Sunday: Registration begins at 11:30
1:00 pm Shotgun Start
18 holes at Indian Creek Golf Course
(Golf Digest 4-star award winner)
featuring Raffle and Wine Tasting after golf.

Fees: $100 /player or $400 /team includes: Green fees, carts, practice balls, wine tasting Register online here

WINE TASTING
What: Wine Tasting and Raffle at Divots featuring heavy hors d’oeuvres, spectacular wines and great raffle items.
When: Sunday afternoon - after golf is completed
(need not play in the golf tournament to attend)
