Golfer Info / Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy

DRESS CODE POLICY:

Appropriate golf attire must be worn at all times, both on the Golf Course and in the Clubhouse.  Inappropriate Golf Course attire includes jeans, tracksuits, beachwear or frayed clothing.  If you are attending the event and not golfing, this dress code is still in effect.

GOLFER IS LIABLE FOR ALL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR ACTIONS:

The golfer/attendee agrees to hold Irish Hills and its officers and employees free and harmless from any damage or claims of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or through the use of golf carts and Irish Hills facilities. It is the golfer's responsibility to fully understand the safe operating instructions of golf carts and to return them immediately following the completion of the round of golf in as good condition as was received.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

Should weather or any other unforeseen circumstances arise where Irish Hills Golf Course does not allow the Inferno Golf Scramble golfers to play, Irish Hills Golf Club will issue the player a voucher to play a round of golf at a future date.  There will be no refunds issued.  Meals will still be served and the silent auction will still take place.

REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS:

There will be no refunds issued.  Once a registration or meal has been bought, and you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer that registration to another individual.  You must notify the Inferno Golf Scramble organizer in writing of the change so that your name will be removed and the name of the replacement golfer is noted.
