September 7th, 2024 at 3:00 pm (Shot Gun Start) we will be holding our first annual Jaelynn’s Jamboree- Jaelynn’s Memorial Golf Outing. In an effort to make Jaelynn’s ultimate wish for The Ohana Foundation come true, this year we are focusing on providing Christmas for as many childhood cancer families in central Ohio and surrounding areas as possible. Our vision and mission is to help as many families affected by childhood cancer as possible, by providing rent/mortgage assistance, utility assistance, and provide assistance with holidays such as Christmas & Easter. We would love for you to join us for our first fun-filled event for a great cause! The inspiration behind The Ohana Foundation came from Jaelynn herself. Right after Jaelynn was diagnosed with literally the worst prognosis, she underwent the worst and most unimaginable next five weeks. Four weeks in Intensive Care, seven very intense brain surgeries, and many other obstacles. The day she was wheeled out of ICU onto the Oncology unit, she told her family she wanted to provide Christmas for all the children fighting cancer that she could. It was at that moment Randy, Ashley & Ayden knew that they were going to start this foundation in honor of her beautiful heart and the most loving giving spirit. Jaelynn gained her wings and went from her earthly home to her heavenly home on May 2 nd, 2022. Jaelynn and her entire family felt the love from our amazing community and many other wonderful foundations during their journey. Her family is honored to be able to start The Ohana Foundation-Jaelynn’s Mission in honor of her and be the light to others during a dark time for other families that are facing the unimaginable diagnosis of pediatric cancer. We want to honor Jaelynn’s wishes and be an answered prayer to those that are in need. We look forward to seeing you at the first Jaelynn’s Jamboree Golf Outing. The Ohana Foundation was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) in August 2023 to bless other families that have been faced with childhood cancer. All donations made to the foundation will be tax deductible. With your generous contributions, we hope to provide needed support and impact other families in a positive way. Your continued support is very much needed and greatly appreciated.
