Please provide the following for each team member (we kindly ask that you do not use the 'Guest Option' when filling out your team's registration):

1. Player Name

2. Membership staus (member, reciprocal, non-member)

3. Dinner choice (beef or chicken)

4. Please specify your gift selection: Hat or T-Shirt. 

5. If requesting a T-Shirt, please specify the size for each player requesting a shirt (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL)

5. Flight Preference (Morning 8AM or Afternoon 2PM)

6. Player Handicap

Greens Fees for Teams are as Follows:

Members: $55

Reciprocals: $65

Non-Members: $70

Online registration will guarantee your team's spot in the tournament. Please provide all player information. We ask that you do not select the 'Guest Option' when filling out your team's registration. All fees will be paid in cash on the day of the tournament at the registration table. Fees will include your round of golf (greens fees), lunch, dinner, a hat OR t-shirt and a golf towel. A chinese auction and a 50-50 raffle will be available separately to all attendes.
