Registration Fee

$175 per golfer includes:

• Green fee
• Cart
• Use of driving range
• After golf lunch meal
• Prizes for first, second, third, and last place!

Schedule

• The Lakewood Country Club is located at 6800 W 10th Avenue in Lakewood
• Follow the signs for event parking when you arrive
• 6:30 am - registration opens
• 6:30 am  - the range and putting green will open
• 7:20 am - announcements before tournament starts
• 7:30 am - shotgun start
• Lunch is included and will follow the round of golf

Food and Refreshments

• Coffee and water will be free at registration
• Breakfast burritos will be available for purchase at the 11th hole
• Lunch is included and will be:
  • Hamburgers & Brats with Buns
    Grilled Chicken Breast
    Assorted Sliced Cheeses
    Sweet Relish, Onion, Pickles,
    Tomatoes, & Lettuce
    Condiments
    Potato Salad, Cole Slaw,
    & Seasonal Fruit Salad

Country Club Golf Attire

• Collared shirts
• No cargo shorts
• No denim
• No metal spikes

Golf Tournament

• We will be using a “Shamble” format for the tournament. Golfers will play the best ball on DRIVE ONLY and then play their own ball. Take best score from each hole.
• Players may purchase mulligans at registration
  • Cost: $20 for each mulligan putt
  • Limit: two mulligans per player
• Contests:
  • Longest drive
  • Hole in one

Course Description

The Lakewood Country Club is one of the oldest golf courses in Colorado and was founded in 1908. The golf course just went through a Master Plan redesign by the famed Gil Hanse. Most recently Hanse designed the 2016 Olympic Course in Rio. The Jefferson Booster Club Tournament will be the first event on the newly redesigned course.
