The Jordan Poyer Foundation was established on May 17th, 2022. With the mindset of supporting those who struggle with mental health and subtance abuse of any kind, our mission is to provide support and education to individuals and families affected by subtance abuse.

We strive to reduce the stigma surrounding addiction and to promote a culture of understanding and empathy towards those struggling with substance abuse.

Our ultimate goal is to help individuals achieve and maintain long-term recovery, leading to healthier and more fulfilling lives for themselves and their loved ones.

Part of the proceeds from the event will go to support the CMH Foundation.
