REGISTRATION FORM

Tournament fee is $150 per player. That price includes the following:
18 Holes of Golf with cart, All standard on course contest( longest drive, closest to the pin).
Each player will receive a sponsor golf towel, a commemorative shirt, a complimentary hot dog and beverage at the turn.
In addition to those items each player is invited to join us immediately following the event at Donovan's Reef Restaurant & Catering's new Sonar room for a fabulous luncheon  buffet which includes an open bar.
