KDR was founded as a non-profit to honor the life of our founder's son, Ethan, and to carry on his legacy of happiness, strength, and resilience. He was born with a rare genetic condition and lived a life full of medical appointments and procedures but also profound joy. 

KDR stands for kids, dogs, rugby. While kids is pretty straightforward, you may be asking why dogs and rugby? Ethan had three dog brothers who provided him entertainment and comfort. The rugby community supported his entire family and has continued to do so after his passing. In memory of Ethan, KDR Colorado will raise funds to distribute to other non-profits and support projects that benefit these three causes.
