A little bit about us and where the proceeds will go.

San Jose Charter Academy is a recognized National Blue Ribbon public charter school in West Covina, CA.  We are a K-8 enrollment school of 1230 students, and approximately 2500 students on the waiting list.  It is our mission to prepare our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive and positively impact the global community through the 21st century. 

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time.  Kiwanis Club of West Covina is involved with numerous projects, including but not limited to: Student Leadership Scholarships, West Covina Relay for Life, Stuff-a-Bus for Foster and Homeless Youth, Del Haven Community Center, West Covina Senior Bing Nights, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army, Covina’s Field of Valor, as well as providing leadership, scholarships and mentorship to numerous Key Clubs, Builder Clubs and youth organizations.
