Dear Sponsor,
On behalf of the committee of the Klemmer Memorial Scholarship, we would like to thank you for your generous donation last year to support the 2022 Jason Klemmer Memorial Golf Tournament. Your support was instrumental in helping us to put on an amazing event that honors our great friend Jason’s life.
On January 27, 2022, Jason Klemmer unexpectedly died. He was a son, brother, father, uncle, cousin and amazing friend to so many. Although Jason was only 43, when he died, he lived life to the fullest. He was an extremely hard working All American kind of guy, who worked for himself. Owning two businesses, you would think he wouldn’t have much time outside of work. Jason always made time for others. No matter where he was, his presence lit up a room. His smile, the sparkle in his eye and his laughter were so contagious. Jason had a big heart that was always open to others. If anyone needed anything, he was always willing to help.
Jason was a dedicated worker to his family business, Dugan Creek. A side business was also started, with some of his closest people, LivCo. Tree Company.
Aside from work, Jason was a proud father to his son Liam.
Love is selfless, Jason was a giver. He loved his family, his friends, his work, his puppy, his Liam. Jason did not care about material things. He cared about loving people and being loved and doing what he felt was right. He cared about surrounding himself with truly good, genuine people. Jason loved being outdoors. Hunting, fishing, and golfing were a few of his hobbies.
Since Jason’s passing, the best way to honor him is through an activity that he loved, golf. This is a good way to bring people together to remember Jason and raise money for a good cause. The money raised at this tournament will go to one Avon Student annually, who plans to study trades.
Last year $9,000 was raised. This is a great amount of money to get the Trades Scholarship started in memory of Jason Klemmer.
We would be honored to have your support in this great event and fundraiser for a good cause.
Thank you for your consideration and support.
