OUR SPONSORS

This will be our 5th annual tournament that the Local has hosted. We started off as a few of us firefighters who wanted to play golf after shift. Now, we're hoping to have over 100 golfers this year! The goal of this event is to raise funds for the CPFF Foundation. The CPFF has supported the Local 900 in so many ways, giving back to their foundation is the least we can do!

**The tournament will follow a 2 person scramble format.

Two-Person Scramble

Scramble format involves 2-person teams where each player on the team hits a tee shot, and then the players decide which shot they like better. The two players then play from that spot. The person who's shot was not taken picks up their ball and moves it to within one club length of the selected spot. Once the spot is selected, both players then play a shot from that spot, and again pick which one they like better. This continues until they hole out.

A couple rules: players are allowed to place their ball within one club length of the selected spot (no closer to the hole). Additionally, players cannot change which cut of grass their ball is in (i.e. you cannot place your ball in the fairway if your marker is in the rough). Also, players can not move their ball within 1 club length if they are on the green. Both putts happen from the same spot.

*Every team will have 1 mulligan to use for the round. Teams can use the mulligan for any shot. The mulligan will allow both players to redo that 1 shot. For example: If you both miss a birdie putt, you can use your mulligan to get 2 more chances at it before you break your putters in half.
