The Safety of all participants is our main priority. Here is an overview of our procedures and policies based on current regulations and recommendations. We will be monitoring the situation closely and will ensure our plan complies with the regulations at the time of our Tournament.
Health and safety reminders will be sent out in advance of the event to all golfers.
All golfers will sign a COVID waiver in advance of the event.
Staff/volunteers to be trained in advance of all on-site health procedures.
DAY OF PROCEDURES:
Staff/volunteers/golfers to wear gloves and masks and practice safe social distancing at all times.
Signage will be designed to direct flow of traffic and outline spacing to aid in social distancing.
Signage with health and safety reminders will be on prominent display.
Staff/volunteers will be stationed to direct golfers.
Upon arrival, all golfers to have a health screening including temperature check.
Hand sanitizer will be available in common locations including Registration.
All high touch surfaces to be sanitized regularly.
Boxed Lunches will pre-prepared for golfers and picked up near the cart check-out.
A Mobile Scoring app will be used to digitize most communication and create an interactive experience with reduced human-to-human interaction. Opportunity Drawing tickets will be available for purchase and winners will be announced on the app.
All payments done in advance or via credit card, utilizing touchless credit card swiping with no signatures required. No cash.
