*Entry Fee- $115.00/ player - payable online or by cash or check*
Entry fee includes a light breakfast and awards luncheon.

You may send payments by check payable to Mabuhay, Inc., and mail to Clarissa Lango at P.O. Box 318, Bowie, MD 20719;
Submit registration form with payment by May 1, 2024.
 

Please join and support our Golf Tournament fundraising by considering the following:

• Sponsor a Hole: Platinum $1,000 with 4 free players and sponsor banner.
• Sponsor a Hole: Gold $500 with 2 free players and sponsor banner.
• Sponsor a Hole: Silver $250 with sponsor banner.
• All other holes are $150.00 each. Sponsors can provide their own 18"x12" poster ad or produce a signage (maximum of 15 words).
