The North Valley Challenge is a series of three amateur golf tournaments, using a best-ball scramble team format. The particpating tournaments take place in 2025. Teams that want to pariticpate in the North Valley Challenge must play in all three tournments listed below:

Our purpose is to help each tournament reach registration and fundraising goals. We guarantee 40-60 players (10 to 15 teams) playing in each tournament. Our revenue goal is to generate in the range of $5,000 to $10,000 for each tournament helping them to offset the cost of producing the event. Total tournament entry fees are decided by each individual tournament. The North Valley Challenge fee is separate from the tournament fees.

Each of these tournaments raises money for scholarships or programs to benefit students, veterans, or people in need. They supply college or university funding, youth sports programs, apprenticeship programs, community college, and trade schools.

A portion of the North Valley Challenge sponsor investments will be distributed to each tournament and provide shared advertising and marketing exposure to support each tournament.

The North Valley Challenge will offer year-end awards based on the combined score for the team, with the lowest total score winning. To win the Challenge trophy and awards, a team must play in all three tournaments, player substitutions are acceptable, but the team must have at least three of the same players each time. Example: three out of the four original players must compete in all events.

Team Tournament Scoring:

First place 500 points
Second place 450 points
Third place 400 points
Fourth place 350 points
Fifth place 300 points
Sixth place 250 points
Seventh place 200 points
Eighth place 150 points
Ninth place 100 points
Tenth place 50 points

The perpetual year-end trophy will be awarded to the winning team. It will reside with the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce throughout the year and be awarded permanently to a team if that team wins the Challenge (3) three years in a row. Smaller Challenge trophy and prize awards will be presented to each player of the winning teams.
