Join us in celebrating a friend and ambassador of the game of golf. This long overdue gathering of all Peter's best friends and family is to celebrate his life. Everyone who knew him knew first hand his passion not only for golf, but for helping and nurturing everyone else who shared a similar zest for the game. His energy, involvement and impact was critical in the development of so many young athletes. We miss him dearly and know his spirit continues in all of us as we strive to pursue our own passions in life.
Proceeds from the event, in the form of a Peter Curran Memorial Scholarship, will go to Scholar Athletes, an organization that supports academic achievement through athletics. Scholar Athletes partners with public high schools to help close the opportunity gap for thousands of young people in grades 9-12 across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Their programs leverage the power of athletics and wellness to cultivate discipline, confidence and social-emotional skills needed to support success in school as well as success in life.
