RHP / AJDL 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament

The teams at Reid's Heritage Properties and the AJDL Development Group have partnered to bring you the 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament in support of Hopewell Children's Homes

Hopewell Children’s Homes is a not-for-profit charitable organization that provides residential and community-based supports for children, youth, and adults who have a developmental disability and/or who are medically fragile.  Our dedicated staff team of over 170 employees, work tirelessly to provide individualized support to each of our residents and program participants.  Hopewell Children’s Homes has 6 residential homes, 1 respite home, an administration office, and an adult day support program called PlaySense all located in the Guelph area.  We are funded in majority by the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services but also rely on generous donations and grants from the community to enhance our programming.

Our goal is to raise funding for the following items needed:

• Full-size mobility vehicle - $91,000
• Accessible minivan -  $60,000
• New windows -  $41,000
• Natural gas generator - $20,000
• New deck - $10,000
• Pool Awning - $8,000
• Fence the side garden - $5,000
• New Shed - $3,500
• Water softener - $1,500
