RHP / AJDL 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament

The teams at Reid's Heritage Properties and the AJDL Development Group have partnered to bring you the 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament in support of Hopewell Children's Homes

Hopewell Children’s Homes is a not-for-profit charitable organization that provides a variety of supports for children, youth, and adults who have a developmental disability.  Our dedicated staff team of over 140 employees, work tirelessly to provide person-centred support to each of our residents and program participants.  Hopewell Children’s Homes operates 7 locations in the Guelph-Wellington, providing a variety of community based and individualized supports.  Although the majority of our funding comes from the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services, we rely on generous donations and grants from the community to enhance our programming.  All of this with the goal of living the mission of enriching the lives of individuals with a range of physical and developmental disabilities to experience a full life.

Our Ministry funding allows us to provide high-quality supports to individuals.  This funding does not allow us to purchase items with a higher price tag – below are a few items we are targeting our fundraising efforts towards.

Our goal is to raise funding for the following items needed:

Full-Size Mobility Vehicle - $91,000

Accessible Minivan -  $60,000

Generators (for all locations) - $40,000

General Donations to the Home Repair and Renovation Fund

(This will allow Hopewell to plan and complete crucial repairs needed to keep their homes in top condition)
