Laughing with friends over cold drinks, with your chance to win fantastic prizes and bragging rights, all while supporting and raising awareness for pediatric cancer warriors.
Sophia the Fierce Inc, is a registered 501(c)(3), founded by 9-year old angel cancer warrior Sophia Benintende. It's our mission to keep Sophia's legacy alive. We are a 100% all volunteer organization. We work to provide relief for kids who fight every day to survive.
Even while facing her own grueling battle, Sophia was a fierce philanthropist, encouraging her parents to start a charity in her name to help her fellow warriors. Her mission - threefold: respite, research, and relief for children battling cancer.
Because of supporters like you, we have
• Helped more than 80 local families and caregivers
• Provided financial and travel relief for families receiving treatment
• Hosted family respite days and special experiences
• Donated $20,000 to groundbreaking pediatric cancer research at Roswell Park

Sophia’s biggest dream was to build a respite home for pediatric cancer families.

Not surrounded by machines.
But a peaceful place where families could simply be together.
