We are happy to announce that we will be returning to Loyalist Golf & Country Club on Sunday September 17th, 2023!
At this time, we are looking to secure Industry & Alumni participants.
(Current SLC Civil Students will be able to sign up once the Fall Semester starts)
We hope that Industry Professionals and Alumni would sign up in pairs to be paired with 2 other Students, but is not mandatory. (In the case of unbalanced Student pairings, Alumni/Industry participants will be paired together)
Along with looking for participants for the tournament we are also looking for local companies to sponsor a hole (in "Registration Now" Section) and or by donating a prize(s).
(Tournament Participation costs are the host golf course total fees per person. All prizes for this tournament are by donation.)

Course Rules & Regulations:
Loyalist Golf & Country Club has a dress code for all participants. We require “proper” golf attire. For men: collared golf shirts, golf shorts or golf pants. For women: golf shirts (if sleeveless it requires a collar), golf shorts, skorts, or pants. There is absolutely no denim, cut offs, sport shorts, tracksuits or the like, or “short – shorts” permitted. It is the event and its organizers responsibility should one of the participants cause damage to Loyalist’s property (i.e. power carts and golf course).
Please also note: it is prohibited for your participants to bring their own alcoholic beverages on to golf course property. Loyalist Golf and Country Club retains the right to provide, control and retain all food and beverage services through the facility for events. No food, beverage or alcohol will be permitted to be brought into Loyalist Golf and Country Club by the client or any of the client’s guests or invitees without approval by the food and beverage department. The food and beverage department reserves the right to assess a charge for any exclusions. All alcohol must be purchased under LCC license.
