Team SuperSam Golf Outing

Sam was diagnosed with an inoperable tumor on his brain (DIPG) on December 6, 2006, when he was just four years old. He received treatment at St. Jude, but sadly lost his battle 14 months later. St. Jude gave Sam and his family the precious gifts of time and HOPE.
