Join us on September 4th for a day on the greens as we raise vital funds for Breakthrough T1D, the world’s leading organization focused on curing, preventing, and improving life with type 1 diabetes.

This fun, community‑driven tournament brings golfers of all skill levels together for friendly competition, great company, and an even greater cause. Every swing, putt, and team effort helps fuel Breakthrough T1D’s mission to accelerate life‑changing research, expand advocacy, and support individuals and families living with T1D.

Your registration includes 18 holes of golf, a golf cart, a lunch to go before or during your game, dinner and prizes after golf, silven auction and live entertainment with two locally talented bands. 

Conestoga’s beautiful 27‑hole layout will be open for the event, with all golfers enjoying a curated 18‑hole fun play tournament experience.
