The time is here... to run it back again and even better! Please join us Monday August 5th for the 3rd Annual Knaullapalooza Memorial Golf Outing. This year we Tee it Up Fore KK and Hephzibah Home. Proceeds from Knaullapalooza '24 will be donated to Hephzibah Home https://www.hephzibahhome.org in Oak Park. Hephzibah Home serves some of the youngest victims of severe abuse, neglect and trauma and children in need of behavioral intervention, ages 3-11 in Illinois. The House offers children a safe haven, and a place for them to stabilize and heal so that they can eventually return to a home environment. When trying to choose this years recipient, it was an easy choice for our family. We have been involved with Hephzibah Home along with several other Hinsdale families for over 10 years. Some of our most meaningful family Thanksgivings have been spent serving a home cooked meal to the children and amazing staff of Hephzibah. While during the "Covid" years we could not serve the house, this past Thanksgiving was our first returning without Kevin. He truly loved this tradition and it was an easy choice to pay it forward this year. Kevin lived his life with kindness, generosity and so much love and we are excited to honor him again this year by bringing together all those who were touched by him. A good reminder to live our lives with purpose.
We look forward to a fun day of golf, friends, laughter and storytelling. We never want to lose sight of all the good memories. Your fee includes golf, cart, boxed lunch and beverages on the course followed by a Mexican buffet dinner, cocktail reception, awards and live music by The Johns. Not a golfer... join for the post golf reception.
Last year we had a tight match between the 2022 winners of Dan Gjeldum, Sean McCarthy, Ryan McLaughlin and Charlie Tallard looking for a repeat just to get nudged out by Clay Naccarato, Matt Houder, Adam Linn, and Freddie Brzozowski. Who is taking home the jackets this year? We can't wait to see! Once again Kevin's favorite things will be highlighted on each hole.
