Welcome to the 5th Annual TRC Charity Golf Classic benefitting UPMC Hillman Cancer Center! Our event includes an opportunity to play Pete Dye's Shepherd's Rock on Thursday, then enjoy a welcome reception that night with an open bar and Hors d’oeurves, and Friday morning end the week with a scramble golf outing at former PGA-Tour stop Mystic Rock.  Over the last four years, this event has raised $90,000 for UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.  Last year's event raised $30,000, and we are excited to try to exceed that goal for 2024!  This is a rare opportunity to play two of the most exclusive courses in Pennsylvania and support a great cause, we hope to see you there!

 

SCHEDULE

Thursday Morning (9/19/24) - Golfers have the option of playing Shepherd's Rock, with tee times starting at 10:00 AM.  This is not a tournament.

Thursday Night (9/19/24) - Reception at The Peak starting at 5:30PM - 8:00PM with Open Bar and Hors d'oeuvres. Attendance is free for all registered golf particpants.

Friday Morning (9/20/24) - This is the main event!  Scramble format at Mystic Rock with a shotgun start at 9:30AM.

 
LODGING INFORMATION

Lodging is not included in any of the packages. Resort lodging at “TRC Group” discounted rate of $509.00 per Townhouse, which sleeps 4 golfers. (Additional $29.00 Resort Fee per Foursome. This includes complimentary Wi-Fi, valet parking, shuttle service, fitness center access, Fallingbrook mini golf, golf driving range.)
 
You must make your own lodging reservations. There are two options, by calling or online. Deadline August 15, 2024.

Call the resort at 1-866-344-6957, select option 1 to speak with a reservation specialist (reference “TRC Hillman Cancer Group”) to make a townhouse reservation for yourself and/or your entire Foursome for Thursday September 19.
