Born from the collective vision of blind golfers, for blind golfers, the World Blind Golf (WBG) organization is a not-for-profit force to be reckoned with. Established right here in Queensland in 2021, WBG has rapidly grown, boasting affiliations with 22 countries worldwide. What sets us apart is our passionate volunteer base, many of whom are blind golfers themselves.

As the world eagerly anticipates the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games, the World Blind Golf Australian Open stands as a shining example of how sporting events can be both inclusive and internationally competitive. We're proud to have the support of Brisbane Golf Club, as well as professional golf instructors from Australia, USA and Thailand.

We're looking forward to our the Korean Blind Golf team and the Thailand Blind Golf teams joining us in Brisbane for the first time.
