YouthBuild Boston (YBB) is a nonprofit organization that empowers young people from under-resourced communities through training programs in construction, architecture, and design. By integrating education, workforce development, and leadership training, YBB prepares youth for meaningful careers and active roles in their communities.

Through hands-on building projects, tailored mentorship, and comprehensive support services, we help young people gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed in the building industry—and in life.

We invite you to join us for YouthBuild Boston’s 3rd Annual Golf Tournament at the stunning Wollaston Golf Club, a premier private course and home to Tiger Woods’ 1992 U.S. Junior Championship win.

Your participation directly supports our mission. Thanks to the generosity of last year’s tournament sponsors and participants, over 200 young men and women from Boston received training and support in 2024—helping to grow a more diverse and inclusive workforce in the trades.
