Thank you for your contribution to this year’s annual charity golf tournament.  We are proud to support the efforts of The Dallas Defenders on behalf of fallen first responders in the DFW area & The Flower Mound Police Association.

We aim to provide our sponsors’ company or entity the most exposure possible during this event. Please fill out the information completely, and provide any logos/text necessary by the date indicated so that we may have the agreed upon signage correct and ready by tee off!

*If you are unable to fill your free player spot or team, please consider gifting these spots to a first responder.

*ALL sponsor logos will be added to the tournament website, regardless of sponsorship level.

*All sponsors may provide advertising items, business cards, gifts, etc.. to our player goody bags (150). Please submit items to the Point After North no later than May 15, 2022.
