After an incredibly successful inaugural event in 2023, where we raised over $50,000, we are excited to aim even higher this year! This event is open to everyone who wishes to support our causes and have a great time. We welcome golfers of all experience levels. We look forward to sharing a day of golf, giving, and tradition with you. Registartion includes after golf lunch.

 

Where is your money going?

Organizing an event like this involves significant expenses, including course fees, meals, and other costs, which total well over $10,000. Last year's registration fees didn't even cover the per-person cost of the event. Fortunately, our generous sponsors bridged the gap and supported our cause. This year:

• All event proceeds from donations, sponsors, and registration fees will be evenly split between our two supporting causes.
• All day-of-event proceeds from raffle prizes, the 50/50 lottery, and on-course games will be donated to support a college fund for Brian and Emily's two young children.

In the months leading up to the outing, we will highlight each of the groups we are supporting and showcase the wonderful things they have accomplished. Stay tuned!

 

But what if I want all my donation to go to one of the causes?

The great thing about securing sponsors, including donation matching, is that your contributions can benefit both causes. Last year, we achieved a 3-to-1 match for every dollar raised. This year, we aim to reach the same goal, and we are on track to meet it. With this matching, if you make a $100 donation, both nonprofits will receive $150 each. Combining efforts and building on each other's success creates a win-win for everyone!

 

Ways to help:

• Register! Join us for a fun day on the course on October 11th! Lunch-only options are also available in our store.

• Donate! Donations play a crucial role in the amount of money we raise.

• Become a sponsor! Sponsors help us host a successful event.

• Help find sponsors! Do you frequent a local coffee shop on Saturday mornings? Or get an amazing cheesesteak from your neighborhood deli? How about your favorite date night dinner spot? We need your help reaching out to local businesses willing to support our cause. Whether it's a $10 gift card or a standalone raffle prize, every contribution makes a difference!

About Us: We have a vision to do great things

Each year, our vision for this annual golf outing is to reevaluate and select one or two organizations to support. The goal is to adapt and choose causes that are important to the people who help make this event a success. We aim to assemble a group of dedicated individuals willing to support various causes while having fun. As we support new causes, our outreach will expand more quickly. Even if we choose to support seemingly unrelated causes, we can come together as a unified team and achieve greater things collectively than we could individually.
