• Golfers please plan on arriving between 8-8:45am
• Continental breakfast WILL be available at registration
• Driving range WILL be open at no additional cost. Note: short driving range = no drivers allowed
• Lunch only attendees please plan on arriving around 1:15. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to heckle the last few groups of players as they make their attempt at our hole in one challenge on the 16th hole to win a car. This is located right off the pavilion patio. 
• Enjoy live music prior to the start of golf and lunch. Our musical guest Brandan not only donated his time but a future private music session at a location of your choice is a raffle item!

Prizes, Awards and Drawings

• Prizes will be awarded for contests on two different holes, longest drive and closest to pin.
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will each receive a prize
• Hole in one challenge. Hit a hole in one on the 16th hole, win a 2 year lease on a Jeep Wrangler 4xe. Sponsored by Lansdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
• On course wager game on the 9th hole. Hosted by a professional golf outing entertainer
• Around 15 raffle items will be given away which total around $3,000 in prizes that were donated
• We will be running a 50/50 lottery drawing

We will be selling raffle tickets, 50/50 tickets and on course mulligans. These will all be available for purchase by cash or venmo. Please plan accordingly.

Format & Scoring:

• Best Ball Format - All players on the team hit a shot from the tee box. The team then selects the best ball to play from and every player hits their 2nd shot from that location. The process repeats until the ball is in the hole. The team records a single score for each hole.
• Max score on each hole is two over par. This is to ensure a good pace of play. If your team is not in the hole. Please keep pace with the group in front of you. 
• Any group with fewer than four players may designate a team member for each hole to play a 2nd ball for that hole to cover for a missing player. This should be done in an even rotation among the group members.

Emoji Ball

• The emoji ball is played at all times by a different player each hole. This follows a repeated rotation of the team members
• Don't lose the Emoji ball

Teams that survive the round without losing the Emoji ball can redeem for a team prize.  

Personal note: my team lost the Emoji ball on the very first swing of the day. It can only go up hill from here

Weather

Looks like we are stuck in a nice weather pattern that doesn't look like is going anywhere.

Note: Last year was a gorgeous/sunny day as well but the wetness of the morning dew provided some unexpected challenges. Especially for someone like me who does a lot of walking in the thick grass looking for m̶y̶  a fellow teammate's ball.
