REFUND POLICIES

Refund deadline is 4/2/2026.

Desert Crown Theater Company will provide 50% refund for player registrations only. Sponsorship Packages and Sponsor Items are non-refundable. For a refund, please email info@desertcrowntheater.com. Please include your invoice number and which players you would like voided.

Refunds will made only to the original card from which payment was made and will appear on account transactions within 5-10 business days. Transaction fees will not be included in the refund amount.

Sewailo's Inclement Weather Policy: Unpredictable weather, including lightning storms, can occur in Southern Arizona, especially during the summer monsoon season. If the golf course is deemed unplayable by course management after the start of the event the following refund policy will apply: Rainchecks will be issued to each player following the standard Sewailo Raincheck Policy or any funds collected prior to the event date willbe used for a make up date determined by the organizer and the Golf Sales Manager.
