If paying individually, but if joining a team, please list the name/business of the team that you plan to play with. Also, please provide an email for each player. This will greatly speed up up the registration process. 

Sixsome Package Includes:

• Golf for (4) Players
• Continental Breakfast
• Lunch

When registering a team, please list all members along with their email address of the group while making the payment, so they can be properly aligned at registration.
