PAYMENTS and CANCELLATION POLICY - Execution of this sponsorship registration form signifies assumption of legal responsibility to pay for all sponsorship requirements as stipulated above. Payment must be made in US dollars and drawn from a US bank. For tax reporting purposes the Guide Right Foundation of St. Louis, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. If you are registered but can no longer play, full refunds will be granted, per golfer, if notice is given by Sept 6th. After Sept 6th, we will reserve $25 as a $100% tax deductible donation to the Guide Right Foundation of St. Louis, Inc. and refund the remainder upon written request.
