General Event Questions

Where is the tournament being held?
The event will take place at Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel, Florida on the Cypress and Pine courses.

What time does the event begin?
Player registration begins at 7:30 AM at the Lagoon Pavilion. Shotgun start is at 9:00 AM.

What format is the tournament?
The event will be played in a four-person scramble format.

---

Is lunch included?
Yes. Lunch and the awards reception are included with player registration and will take place at the Lagoon Pavilion following tournament play.

Registration & Pricing

What does my registration include?
Registration includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range access, entry into on-course competitions, and access to the lunch and awards reception.

Are registrations refundable?

Cancellations on or before May 20, 2026 will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
Cancellations between May 21 and June 10, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations after June 10, 2026 are non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred to another player at any time prior to the event.

Can I register as a single golfer?
Yes. Individual, twosome, and foursome registrations are available.

Million Dollar Shootout

How do I qualify for the Million Dollar Shootout?
Players will have opportunities throughout the round to earn raffle entries. Qualifying entries will be drawn during the awards reception to determine who will take the shot.

Is the Million Dollar prize guaranteed?
The contest is insured and subject to official contest rules and insurance requirements.

Is there a discounted room rate available?
Yes. Registered participants will receive access to an exclusive booking link offering 20% off the best available rate at Saddlebrook Resort.

What airport is closest to the resort?
Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 35–40 minutes from Saddlebrook Resort.

Event Policies

What happens if it rains?
The tournament will proceed rain or shine unless course management determines conditions are unsafe.

What is the dress code?
Proper golf attire is required at Saddlebrook Resort. Collared shirts are required. No denim.
