8:00 AM	Registration & Check-In	Badge/swag distribution; confirm emails & mobile numbers
8:30 AM	Putting Contest Team	Manage entries, track scores, break ties if needed
9:00 AM	Starters / Hole Assignment	Stage carts, confirm groups, safety/etiquette reminders
9:15 AM	Spotters (Skills)	Witness Long Drive / Closest-to-Pin; record winners
9:15 AM	Pace-of-Play Marshals	Patrol, assist with holds, coordinate with OCC staff
9:30 AM	Beverage/Hospitality	Assist carts; restock coolers; deliver ice/water
1:30 PM	Scoring Table	Collect cards, verify signatures, enter totals
2:30 PM	Awards/Reception Setup	Stage trophies, raffle, seating, A/V checks
4:30 PM	Breakdown/Clean-Up	Pull signage, pack supplies, tidy staging areas

Putting Contest: 8:30–9:45 AM (Practice Green). Finals/ties announced at Awards.
Closest-to-Pin / Longest Drive: 10:30 AM–2:30 PM on posted holes.
Scorecards: Verify gross/net as applicable; two signatures required; turn in at Scoring Table.

Check-In: Players at Registration; Volunteers at Volunteer HQ.
Comms: Text alerts for weather/updates; listen for OCC staff instructions.
Medical: First Aid Station at Clubhouse; dial 911 for emergencies and notify HQ.
Weather: If lightning or severe weather, shelter in clubhouse or as directed by OCC.
Media: By volunteering, you consent to photos/video for AU promotional/archival use.
