Help us deliver a smooth, welcoming experience for every golfer and guest at the Africa University Inaugural Wespath Sponsored – Bishop Leonard Fairley Golf Invitational at Orangeburg Country Club. We have roles for greeters, registration, on-course support, contest stations, scoring, hospitality, and more—no golf experience required.

What you’ll do

• Registration & Welcome: Check in players, hand out swag, direct to range/cart staging

• On-Course Support: Marshals, spotters (contests), beverage/hospitality helpers

• Contests & Scoring: Manage putting/skills contests, collect & verify scorecards

• Awards & Breakdown: Help stage trophies, host the reception, and close out the event

Shifts (pick one or more)

• Early Setup: 6:00–8:00 AM

• Registration: 7:00–9:00 AM

• Shotgun Start Support: 8:30–10:00 AM

• On-Course A: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM

• On-Course B: 1:00–4:00 PM

• Awards/Reception: 3:00–6:00 PM

• Breakdown: 5:00–7:00 PM

What to expect

• Check-in: [Time/Location] (look for the Volunteer table)

• Dress: Smart-casual, comfortable shoes; sun protection encouraged

• We provide: Volunteer shirt, water, and role-specific supplies

• Bring: Refillable bottle; light layers for weather

Requirements & policies

• Some roles may require age 18+ and/or a valid driver’s license for cart use

• Volunteers agree to follow staff instructions and course safety rules

• Media: By volunteering, you consent to event photos/video for Africa University/Wespath promotional and archival use (no compensation).
