Lending a Hand

Since 1997, Covenant House Vancouver has offered a clear exit from life on the street to young people between the ages of 16-24. They support youth through a carefully designed continuum of care including street outreach, a drop-in space, and short-term and long-term housing programs.

They follow a "One Size Fits One" model, treating each youth as individuals with unique life experiences. Hundreds of homeless youth access their programs each year as they provide continuous support, from the first time they meet them on the street to the time they are educated, employed and have a safe place of their own.
